Who is the ideal MR. GREEK Franchisee? |
| |
Mr. Greek is seeking single-unit franchisees
for the Ontario, Canada market and multi-unit development partners
in territories throughout North America. Single unit franchise
applicants should possess the following characteristics:

A strong desire to succeed; |

The understanding that it is
the customer who drives our business; |

The ability to recruit, train
and motivate people; |
|
The willingness to devote a
"hands-on" approach to the day-to-day operation
of the business; and |

The understanding that a franchisee
is part of a team and, as such has a responsibility to
every team member to operate the restaurant to the best
of one's ability. |
To be considered for multi-unit development, individuals
or partnerships must meet the following minimum characteristics:

5 years multi-unit restaurant management
experience as an owner and/or operator |
|
Minimum financial net worth of $500,000
and liquidity of $200,000 |
|
Development agreement commitment
of 3-20 units |
|
Knowledge of real estate and trade
areas in the development territory |
|
Must have a strong desire to succeed,
intense drive, and passion for the restaurant industry |

How much will I need to invest? |

Mr. Greek will offer a turnkey operation. The expected investments are:
Mr. Greek Express 375,000- 425,000 (approx), plus franchise fee and pre-opening expenses
Mr. Greek Mediterranean Grill 750,000-800,000 (approx), plus franchise fee and pre opening expenses.

Does MR. GREEK provide financing? |

Mr. Greek has been approved by GE Franchise Finance to provide financing on approved credit to franchisees. |

Does MR. GREEK assist with Real Estate? |
| |
Real estate is vital to your success and
we consider it to be a top priority. We will assist you in locating
the strongest possible local broker, provide real estate criteria
and work with you to secure the best possible locations. |

Who designs and builds a franchised
MR. GREEK restaurant? |
| |
MR. GREEK will assist with design,
architectural, and selecting your general contractor. We will
also assist with the entire supply chain - furniture, fixtures,
equipment, POS System, signage, printing, food and beverage
purchasing and distribution, etc. |

How much money can I make from a MR.
GREEK restaurant? |
